i made a video to demonstrate how easy it can be to compile new musical material in just a matter of minutes with the use of some max msp patches (quadrants, mlr, dj64, 64fingers) and a monome. i record 5 drums and one piano riff into mlr and manipulate them all on the fly to create a whole new sound. as you can tell, i did not practice this tune; i favor improvisational compositions.
